I buy most of my tea from one of two places: the Porto Rico Importing Company and Schiapira's Coffee. Both of these places are economical and have treated me well in the past. Porto Rico's catalog is not to be missed. Harney and Sons also does OK, and has an extremely cool catalog.

I don't buy tea bags. I prefer loose tea. Few things can enrage me more than teabags. Loose tea is better and cheaper. Many people claim to be unable to taste the difference, but let's face it: I don't drink tea for the taste.
